Building Psychological Safety for Leaders and Teams with Horses
SafetyLeads for Leaders™, SafetyLeads for Teams™ and SafetyLeads Retreats™ are unique, high-impact working session experiences, combining traditional leadership and team development with the latest in equine-assisted learning best practices. Located in Southern California, these customizable offerings are designed to help leaders and teams build psychological safety through behaviors such as trust, communication, coaching, and accountability resulting in higher engagement and improved results.
No prior equine experience is required, and participation with horses is always optional. This is a ground-based experience; no riding is involved.
